Friends of Tuscany was founded in 1988 and has been helping property owners rent successfully for decades. We work with owners who are looking for reliable bookings, clear communication and a long-term sustainable approach to holiday rentals.

We represent a wide range of houses and apartments. While many of our properties are family villas with pools, w also consider smaller houses and apartments where they are well location and suited to holiday rental.

Although our roots are in Tuscany, we also work with properties in Umbria and Sicily.

Our focus is not simply on filling a few peak weeks, but on helping owners achieve strong, consistent bookings across the season.

We are hands-on and actively involved with the properties we represent. This includes revisiting houses to update photographs, reviewing how a property is presented, and advising on pricing based on real booking behaviour.

Rather than chasing the highest possible weekly rate, we help owners look at their property’s performance overall. In our experience, realistic pricing combined with accurate presentation leads to better occupancy, fewer gaps in the calendar, and happier guests who arrive with the right expectations.
