The villa has been recently renovated using authentic local materials such as terracotta, wood, and stone, Villa Alba embodies the rustic elegance of Tuscan design. This 200m² villa, was renovated in 2020 and can accommodate up to 8 guests plus 1 baby.
The owner has close ties with a neighbour who runs a private restaurant. She can arrange delicious Italian meals to be delivered to the villa, as well as cooking classes or book you in for a dining experience in the private restaurant.
Ground Floor

• Dining Area: A large dining table for 8, perfect for shared meals. The fireplace in this room is fully functional, creating a cozy atmosphere.

• Bathroom: Includes a shower, toilet, and sink for guest convenience.
First Floor
• 4 Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. This layout ensures maximum privacy and comfort for all guests.

Practical Information
Getting There
Access to Villa Alba is via a picturesque 1500m gravel road through olive groves. While the road is a part gravel part dirt narrow farmers road, it is safe and leads to the villa, offering peace, privacy, and stunning views. We recommend avoiding sports cars and caravans, but most other vehicles will have no trouble making the drive.
• Private Use: Guests have exclusive access to the villa, pool, and all outdoor facilities.
• Check-in: From 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Late check-in (7:30 PM - 10:30 PM) incurs an extra charge.
• Outdoor Facilities: Covered terrace, BBQ & stone oven, sun loungers, umbrellas, private pool (open from mid-May to end of September).

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation charge will be the full deposit if you cancel before 56 days from the departure date. The following cancellation charges will also apply. Cancellation less than 56 days before departure 100% of the amount paid is chargeable. We will endeavour to re-book any cancelled booking and if successful will only charge you an administration fee of £30. If the villa is re-booked at a lower price then you will be refunded the difference.

We advise that you to take out holiday cancellation insurance. You are also asked to take out personal holiday insurance to cover such matters as travel, loss of money or belongings, accident, injury and medical expenses as the use of a property is entirely at the client’s risk. Should the owner be unable to provide the property after a booking has been confirmed, you will be immediately offered the choice of a another similar or better property or a refund in full.
