There are two sitting rooms, comfortably furnished, one with a large traditional fireplace that in conjunction with central heating keeps the house very cosy in colder periods
Outside there is a lovely large table, perfect for al-fresco dining. The traditional kitchen has all the modern appliances you need to enjoy cooking in the house.
The 5m circular pool is set at the edge of the garden with spectacular views over the Chianti hills. There is a fence to ensure that it is safe for families to relax and play.
Property Information
The villa is situated on the outskirts of Tavarnuzze. The town has about 6,000 inhabitants with the more recent buildings in the centre and the oldest houses up on the hill of Montebuoni where the house is situated. It is mainly modern in appearance but there are a number of ancient churches in the vicinity.
The house is centrally located in Tuscany only 7KM from Florence and a 30 minute bus ride to the centre. It is perfectly situated to visit other places of interest such as San Gimignano (45KM), Siena (60KM), Arrezzo (70KM), Pisa (80KM), Lucca (80KM) and many more.
The nearest airports are Florence airport (15 minutes drive) and Pisa airport (1 hour drive).
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation charge will be the full deposit if you cancel before 56 days from the departure date. The following cancellation charges will also apply. Cancellation less than 56 days before departure 100% of the amount paid is chargeable. We will endeavour to re-book any cancelled booking and if successful will only charge you an administration fee of £30. If the villa is re-booked at a lower price then you will be refunded the difference.
If you have booked through Air BnB, a HomeAway partner or TripAdvisor, the cancellation policy may be different and will be described on their website.

We advise that you to take out holiday cancellation insurance. You are also asked to take out personal holiday insurance to cover such matters as travel, loss of money or belongings, accident, injury and medical expenses as the use of a property is entirely at the client’s risk. Should the owner be unable to provide the property after a booking has been confirmed, you will be immediately offered the choice of a another similar or better property or a refund in full.
