The Bòggina holiday farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden, away from main streets but of easy access.
The house is at walking distance from the village of Mercatale Valdarno (500m) convenient for a coffee, grocery shops, pharmacy, Bancomat and restaurant.
A separate side of this farmhouse has a small independent apartment used by the owner (named Bòggina II). The garden and the swimming pool of Bòggina will however remain for your private and exclusive use.
Villa Bòggina welcomes up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Ground floor: Large living room with Sat-Tv, Wi-fi, fireplace, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and kettle. Access to the garden.
1 double bedroom with private bathroom and direct access to the garden.
First Floor: entrance onto covered terrace and external staircase, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom.
Second floor: triple bedroom (or double bed + 1 single) from an internal staircase.
Garden and swimming pool: both for exclusive private use. Outdoor table and chairs, Barbecue, Wood oven. Deck chairs and sun loungers, pool umbrellas.
The swimming pool is fenced, 6x12m wide and 1.6m deep and is maintained daily.

MONTEARCHI: 8km, larger town with train Station, easily connected to Florence & Rome

Nothing worth visiting is more than an hour's drive - or let the train take take you to Rome. Or you could lounge by the pool in peaceful seclusion and use the wi-fi internet to see the sights if traveling is just too much...? For the fashion conscious, there's an excellent vintage clothes shop to discover in the narrow back streets of nearby Montevarchi, where David Cameron wasn't served that cappuccino, while the Prada outlet is a mere 10 minute drive away. Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation charge will be the full deposit if you cancel before 56 days from the departure date. The following cancellation charges will also apply. Cancellation less than 56 days before departure 100% of the amount paid is chargeable. We will endeavour to re-book any cancelled booking and if successful will only charge you an administration fee of £30. If the villa is re-booked at a lower price then you will be refunded the difference.
If you have booked through Air BnB, a HomeAway partner or TripAdvisor, the cancellation policy may be different and will be described on their website.

We advise that you to take out holiday cancellation insurance. You are also asked to take out personal holiday insurance to cover such matters as travel, loss of money or belongings, accident, injury and medical expenses as the use of a property is entirely at the client’s risk. Should the owner be unable to provide the property after a booking has been confirmed, you will be immediately offered the choice of a another similar or better property or a refund in full.
