This holiday house will amaze you with breath-taking views over the Valdarno valley at 400m asl. Costa is placed on a natural terrace of a hillside just below the historical watchtower of Galatrona, landmark of the winery and surrounded on 3 sides by woodland of chestnuts and oaks.
The house is arranged on 2 floors.
On the upper floor entrance porch, 3 bedrooms, lower floor with Kitchen, living room and 4th bedroom.
The house has a surrounding garden and a gorgeous, shaded eating spot from where to enjoy the panorama, a barbecue and private swimming pool 5 x 10 meters wide (15 ft x 30 ft). We provide firewood for free all year round.

For the fashion conscious, there's an excellent vintage clothes shop to discover in the narrow back streets of nearby Montevarchi, where David Cameron wasn't served that cappuccino, while the Prada outlet is a mere 10 minute drive away. Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation charge will be the full deposit if you cancel before 56 days from the departure date. The following cancellation charges will also apply. Cancellation less than 56 days before departure 100% of the amount paid is chargeable. We will endeavour to re-book any cancelled booking and if successful will only charge you an administration fee of £30. If the villa is re-booked at a lower price then you will be refunded the difference.
Tourist tax not included in the price. Payable to the owner upon arrival
We advise that you to take out holiday cancellation insurance. You are also asked to take out personal holiday insurance to cover such matters as travel, loss of money or belongings, accident, injury and medical expenses as the use of a property is entirely at the client’s risk. Should the owner be unable to provide the property after a booking has been confirmed, you will be immediately offered the choice of a another similar or better property or a refund in full.
