Set over three floors, the villa has three bedrooms and can comfortably host up to eight guests, with plenty of room for families or groups. There are two lounges, a spacious country kitchen and three-and-a-half bathrooms, creating a generous and flexible layout. The large arched loggia is one of the villa’s most memorable spaces — a covered balcony with far-reaching views across the valley, perfect for outdoor meals or simply relaxing in the shade. Outside, a private pool (7.5 × 5.5 m) sits in a small garden overlooking the mountains. The pool opens on 1 May, with earlier openings available on request. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation charge will be the full deposit if you cancel before 56 days from the departure date. The following cancellation charges will also apply. Cancellation less than 56 days before departure 100% of the amount paid is chargeable. We will endeavour to re-book any cancelled booking and if successful will only charge you an administration fee of £30. If the villa is re-booked at a lower price then you will be refunded the difference.

We advise that you to take out holiday cancellation insurance. You are also asked to take out personal holiday insurance to cover such matters as travel, loss of money or belongings, accident, injury and medical expenses as the use of a property is entirely at the client’s risk. Should the owner be unable to provide the property after a booking has been confirmed, you will be immediately offered the choice of a another similar or better property or a refund in full.
Rules
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Towels and bed linen are provided.

Gas propane liquid (for heating, hot water and cooking): during MID and LOW SEASON at consumption (4 €/mc).

Free parking in front of the bar. The car space in front of the house belongs to a neighbour. To use this space the first car it is free, the second costs €30 per week.
