The villa is just below the tiny village of Campo and only a few minutes’ drive from Gallicano. A restaurant is approximately 20 minutes’ walk from the house, and many more are within a short drive.
The beautiful festival town of Barga can be seen from the garden and is only a few kilometres away. Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, with its weekly market, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, is also close by.
Villa Oliva is well positioned for exploring Tuscany.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation charge will be the full deposit if you cancel before 56 days from the departure date. The following cancellation charges will also apply. Cancellation less than 56 days before departure 100% of the amount paid is chargeable. We will endeavour to re-book any cancelled booking and if successful will only charge you an administration fee of £30. If the villa is re-booked at a lower price then you will be refunded the difference.

We advise that you to take out holiday cancellation insurance. You are also asked to take out personal holiday insurance to cover such matters as travel, loss of money or belongings, accident, injury and medical expenses as the use of a property is entirely at the client’s risk. Should the owner be unable to provide the property after a booking has been confirmed, you will be immediately offered the choice of a another similar or better property or a refund in full.
