Six bedrooms; 4 double bedrooms (one with shorter children's bed), 2 twin bedroom (one with 3 single beds), 3 sitting rooms, well equipped kitchen, dining room, 6 bathrooms, covered veranda with stunning views across the valley. The hammock bed and comfortable furniture add to this special relaxing space.
Parking is in the local car park which is 30s walk from the house.

Located in the village of Sillicano in the Garfagnana region of Tuscany, rich in traditions that are still practiced today, the villa dominates the hill it sits on and can be seen from far down the valley.
There is a little shop in the village where you can buy fresh local produce and other essentials.
The large market town of Castelnuovo is only 5km away, here you will find many shops, restaurants, bar/cafes and the nearest train station that links with Lucca (50 minutes). Other nearby places of interest are San Pelegrino, Corfino, Silico, Barga, the fortress at Verucole and Piazza al Sercchio.
Garfagnana is 'Hidden Tuscany' at its best. With stunning scenery it is the perfect area in Tuscany for walking and outdoor activities.

Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation charge will be the full deposit if you cancel before 56 days from the departure date. The following cancellation charges will also apply. Cancellation less than 56 days before departure 100% of the amount paid is chargeable. We will endeavour to re-book any cancelled booking and if successful will only charge you an administration fee of £30. If the villa is re-booked at a lower price then you will be refunded the difference.
