The House
Villa Torricella has been sympathetically restored to preserve its historic character, with beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and traditional stone fireplaces throughout. The interiors are notably spacious and flexible, with three separate sitting rooms allowing groups to spread out comfortably.
The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering, while the separate dining room is ideal for long, relaxed meals together.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
In the event that you wish to cancel or amend your Booking, the lead name on the Booking is required to advise us in writing by email to info@friendsoftuscany.com and the effective date of any cancellation or amendment shall be the date that written notification is received by us. The cancellation charge will be the full deposit if you cancel before 56 days from the departure date. The following cancellation charges will also apply. Cancellation less than 56 days before departure 100% of the amount paid is chargeable. We will endeavour to re-book any cancelled booking and if successful will only charge you an administration fee of £50. If the villa is re-booked at a lower price then you will be refunded the difference.
