Outside, a covered patio area offers shaded dining beside the impressive 12 metre private swimming pool.

Monte Rotondo is located in the small hamlet of Monteperpoli, only 3 km from Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, the main market town of the valley.
Castelnuovo offers supermarkets, shops, cafés, bars and a weekly market selling clothing, household goods, flowers, fruit and vegetables. There is also a tourist information office and a train station with direct links to Lucca, making day trips straightforward.
Despite this convenience, the setting remains peaceful and rural, surrounded by mountain scenery.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation charge will be the full deposit if you cancel before 56 days from the departure date. The following cancellation charges will also apply. Cancellation less than 56 days before departure 100% of the amount paid is chargeable. We will endeavour to re-book any cancelled booking and if successful will only charge you an administration fee of £30. If the villa is re-booked at a lower price then you will be refunded the difference.
Tourist tax not included in the price. Payable to the owner upon arrival
We advise that you to take out holiday cancellation insurance. You are also asked to take out personal holiday insurance to cover such matters as travel, loss of money or belongings, accident, injury and medical expenses as the use of a property is entirely at the client’s risk. Should the owner be unable to provide the property after a booking has been confirmed, you will be immediately offered the choice of a another similar or better property or a refund in full.

All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
