The apartment is fully equipped for a relaxed, self-catering stay in Tuscany. Valdibrana is perfectly placed for guests who want authentic Tuscan surroundings while staying close to key destinations. Pistoia is just 9 km away and is one of Tuscany’s most underrated historic cities, with a magnificent Duomo, Baptistery, medieval palaces, excellent restaurants, lively cafés and a great weekly market. The area is famous for producing exceptional Tuscan olive oil, and the property’s owner has won several awards for his — a special detail for food and olive-oil lovers.
Reaching Pistoia is simple, with local buses (20 minutes) and inexpensive taxis available from the village. From Pistoia’s train station, direct trains to Florence take only a short time, making day trips to the Renaissance city very easy. Pisa, Lucca, Montecatini Terme and the Tuscan coast (including Viareggio) are all within comfortable driving distance, offering plenty of options for sightseeing, beach trips and cultural exploration. Pisa and Florence airports can be reached in around 60 minutes.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation charge will be the full deposit if you cancel before 56 days from the departure date. The following cancellation charges will also apply. Cancellation less than 56 days before departure 100% of the amount paid is chargeable. We will endeavour to re-book any cancelled booking and if successful will only charge you an administration fee of £30. If the villa is re-booked at a lower price then you will be refunded the difference.

We advise that you to take out holiday cancellation insurance. You are also asked to take out personal holiday insurance to cover such matters as travel, loss of money or belongings, accident, injury and medical expenses as the use of a property is entirely at the client’s risk. Should the owner be unable to provide the property after a booking has been confirmed, you will be immediately offered the choice of a another similar or better property or a refund in full.
