Podere Montepulciano is only 5 minutes away from Montepulciano, an ancient and atmospheric town as all the guide books will tell you. You'll find lots of eateries there, fantastical old cellars where you can taste the local's world class wines, you can admire some very fine architecture and browse in a host of interesting craft shops. Nearby you'll come to Montepulciano Terme.
The spa offers a huge selection of "wellness treatments" - massages of every type, facials, body treatments and, given that it's a thermal spa, you can indulge in their thermal treatments too.
The modest restaurant Tre Stelle serves some of the best, authentically Tuscan food in the area! If you don't want to eat out and lack the urge to prepare a meal, ask Silvia to call in the cook. You can eat local specialities on your own terrace in the candle-lit cool of the evening. And if you'd like a cookery lesson, well Silvia can arrange that too. In short, you don't need to travel far if you are thinking of a little luxurious indulgence. Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation charge will be the full deposit if you cancel before 90 days from the departure date. The following cancellation charges will also apply. Cancellation less than 90 days before departure 100% of the amount paid is chargeable. We will endeavour to re-book any cancelled booking and if successful will only charge you an administration fee of £30. If the villa is re-booked at a lower price then you will be refunded the difference.
Tourist tax not included in the price. Payable to the owner upon arrival.
We advise that you to take out holiday cancellation insurance. You are also asked to take out personal holiday insurance to cover such matters as travel, loss of money or belongings, accident, injury and medical expenses as the use of a property is entirely at the client’s risk. Should the owner be unable to provide the property after a booking has been confirmed, you will be immediately offered the choice of a another similar or better property or a refund in full.
