Il Podere dell'Osteria is a classic Tuscan farmhouse recently refurbished and furnished to a very high level. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the house is full of historic features like niches and cupboard recesses. Unusually situated on flat land, the house is more child-friendly than most as there are no surprise drops.

On the ground floor is situated one of the double bedrooms with its en suite bathroom. A perfect suite for a couple wanting to be a little separate. The remainder of the rooms are on the upper floor: a spacious sitting room and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and the other three double bedrooms, each with its bathroom. It's all been remodelled to a very high standard.

The villa is attached to a working farm.

In short, an excellent choice for families with children.

You can choose to go in a few tens of minutes in the nearby spas (Bagno Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo), or visit the nearby medieval towns (Montalcino and San Quirico d'Orcia) and Rinascimentali (Pienza and Montepulciano).

 

The Sienese Museums network provides us with works of art to see in every country.

But you can also be in close contact with nature by trekking in nature trails or trying to find the white truffle in San Giovanni d'Asso.

 

Living between Brunello di Montalcino and Nobile di Montepulciano, without considering our other DOC Orcia, it is easy to visit vineyards and wineries and to make tastings.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation charge will be the full deposit if you cancel before 56 days from the departure date. The following cancellation charges will also apply. Cancellation less than 56 days before departure 100% of the amount paid is chargeable. We will endeavour to re-book any cancelled booking and if successful will only charge you an administration fee of £30. If the villa is re-booked at a lower price then you will be refunded the difference.

If you have booked through Air BnB, a HomeAway partner or TripAdvisor, the cancellation policy may be different and will be described on their website.

Tourist tax not included in the price. Payable to the owner upon arrival

We advise that you to take out holiday cancellation insurance. You are also asked to take out personal holiday insurance to cover such matters as travel, loss of money or belongings, accident, injury and medical expenses as the use of a property is entirely at the client’s risk. Should the owner be unable to provide the property after a booking has been confirmed, you will be immediately offered the choice of a another similar or better property or a refund in full.
