Villa Rubra is set over 3 levels.
There are 5 bedrooms in total sleeping 13 people (plus 1 baby). 3 of the bedrooms are en-suite.

1st floor:

2nd floor
Reached from the living room using chestnut stairs & also from entrance hall

The large red marble terrace is equipped with a sun umbrella and deck chairs, and an outdoor living room with a beautiful view over the valley and the village of Sassorosso.

The Garden is composed of two levels.

1st level
Outdoor dining area, equipped with a large table, umbrella and a living area.
Private swimming pool (10 x 4 m, 1.40 m deep).

2nd level
Solarium with deckchairs & umbrellas & fabulous views of the valley

Additional costs

Final cleaning €120
Gas propane liquid (for heating, hot water and cooking) at consumption (4 €/mc).
Gas cost is included in the rental price only on July and August.

Parking
Public parking is free on a public road 100 metres from the house. You can take the car 30 metres from the house for unloading.

Due to steps the house is not suitable for people with disabilities or mobility problems.
