The road to the villa includes a 500-meter steep section with hairpin turns and a 900-meter gravel path, adding to the sense of seclusion. While the road is accessible to most vehicles, low-clearance sports cars and caravans are not recommended.

La Volpaia is situated in a olive grove just above the village of Buti. Buti is a comune in the Province of Pisa in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 10 km east of Pisa, 12 km south of Lucca and 50 kilometres west of Florence.
Essential shops, bakeries, and restaurants are located in Buti, just 1.5 km away. On Monday mornings, the town’s Piazza Garibaldi hosts a lively local market where you can shop for fresh produce and artisanal products. A larger supermarket is just 5 km away, and several acclaimed local restaurants, including Al Vecchio Molino and Trattoria Pacci, invite you to savor authentic Tuscan cuisine.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation charge will be the full deposit if you cancel before 56 days from the departure date. The following cancellation charges will also apply. Cancellation less than 56 days before departure 100% of the amount paid is chargeable. We will endeavour to re-book any cancelled booking and if successful will only charge you an administration fee of £30. If the villa is re-booked at a lower price then you will be refunded the difference.
Tourist tax not included in the price. Payable to the owner upon arrival
We advise that you to take out holiday cancellation insurance. You are also asked to take out personal holiday insurance to cover such matters as travel, loss of money or belongings, accident, injury and medical expenses as the use of a property is entirely at the client’s risk. Should the owner be unable to provide the property after a booking has been confirmed, you will be immediately offered the choice of a another similar or better property or a refund in full.
